How to Complete the MiceMaster Quote Form as a Supplier

To complete a MiceMaster Quote form as a Supplier, simply click the hyperlink you received in the email and it will open a pre-populated, detailed brief from your client (see breakdown below). Simply fill out all the blue boxes on the form, breaking down the costs into as much detail as possible (where you can). The more details you input into your quote, the more chance you have of winning the tender. You will also notice that the system conveniently auto-calculates the category cost totals for you.

2) Start at the top of the form filling out all the blue boxes, in as much detail as possible, broken down to as much detail as possible.

3) There is also a space in each section for you to send back any comments or notes relating to the specific section to your client.

1) At the top of each section of the quote template, any client comments and extra brief details will appear.

2) You can add more line items that are not already pre-populated by clicking the ‘+’ button in the top left corner, under the client comments. This will bring up an ‘extra’ quote line at the bottom of this section. Break down the cost as far as you can – in this case, Halaal meals were added as an extra line and quoted separately.

3) If some items cannot be quoted separately, or form part of the DCP, you can leave the box blank.

1) If you are a PCO, remember to add the flight and transfer quotes in the form, if requested. The totals will reflect here.

2) PCO’s must declare their management fee in this line. You can insert either a percentage amount or a total fee.

3) When you are finished filling out the quote form, simply click here to send it back to your client.

4) Note that all attachments must be uploaded at the same time (hold down ctrl and select what you need to attach).
